My personal mindfulness journey started when I became a mom in 2018. I was a newly appointed leader, and that was hard for me back then to adapt to so many changes at the same time.

COVID-19 pandemic made me go beyond just practicing meditation with the Calm app. I’ve completed MBSR program being fully sure that I want to teach mindfulness.
And here I am. My first certificate in place, lots of books still to read, lots of teachers to get to know, and so many students to guide hopefully.

I am inspired by the positive change mindfulness has brought into my life, to my well-being, my sense of wholeness, and I want as many people around me as possible to at least try it out.
I am just in the beginning of my journey as a mindfulness teacher, so the world is my oyster.
